Mindfulness Resource

Found a website (http://mindfulness.org.au/links.html) during my late-night surfing tonight that may be relevant in my quest for better mental health. One link of interest is to an article on Urge Surfing – a way to approach cravings with mindfulness and without resistance. I look forward to attempting to apply this in my life.
